U.S. CONSERVATIVE NEWS & POLITICS & OTHER NEWS RESOURCES SELECTED RESOURCES * ConservativeTruth.org - "Reports on news that the major media censor. We offer original commentary on the major moral, social and political issues of the day from a Biblical, moral conservative viewpoint." * DiscoverTheNetworks.org - "A Guide to the Political Left...Identifies the individuals and organizations that make up the Left." Also click on their very popular "FrontPage Magazine" featuring David Horowitz, and other Conservatives (see "Columnists") comments on news items. * FoxNews.com - Not a truly conservative news outlet. Their TV news only appears to be "conservative" due to the competition which is overwhelmingly liberal and biased. Although Fox News Channel does present some interesting news stories that lean towards a conservative point of view, their programs also contain many worldly & immoral opinions that often go unchallenged. Their website also contains many news stories, features, and advertisements that are more worldly rather than spiritual. * GOP.com - Republican National Committee - Note: Contributions are not tax deductible, but RNC workers do a lot of good work. "Paid for by the Republican National Committee. Not Authorized By Any Candidate Or Candidate Committee." * GOPUSA - "Bringing the Conservative Message to America." Interesting news & opinions. * HumanEvents.com - "The news source President Reagan called his "favorite newspaper" and we still hold high the Reaganesque principles of free enterprise, limited government and, above all, a staunch, unwavering defense of American freedom." *JihadWatch - "Dedicated to bringing public attention to the role that jihad theology and ideology plays in the modern world, and to correcting popular misconceptions about the role of jihad and religion in modern-day conflicts." Also contains news items. * LifeSiteNews.com - "Widely circulated daily news reports on important developments in Canada, the United States and around the world, with a special focus on United Nations matters. Its purpose is to provide balance and more accurate coverage on culture, life and family matters than is usually given by other media." * National Republican Congressional Committee - See "Today's Headlines." NRCC workers also do a lot of good work. Note: "Contributions to the National Republican Congressional Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes." * National Review Online (NRO) - "Has filled an important role by providing America (and the world) with an alternative source of biting, witty, and well-written news and commentary." * NRSC.org - "The National Republican Senatorial Committee is the only political committee solely dedicated to electing Republicans to the U.S. Senate." * The Washington Times - Conservative. "Updated around the clock...One of the most-often-quoted newspapers in the U.S...a reputation for hard-hitting investigative reporting and thorough coverage of politics and policy." * Townhall.com - "Designed to amplify conservative voices in America’s political debates. By uniting the nations’ top conservative radio hosts with their millions of listeners...breaks down the barriers between news and opinion, journalism and political participation..." * UrbanConservative.com - "A New Breed of Conservative." Interesting commentaries, plus comments by readers. * WorldMag.com - By-weekly magazine with many brief on-line stories. "Todays News - Christian Views....We cover all aspects of the news: national, international, and cultural; politics and business; medicine, science, technology, and sports...But what matters the most is this: We believe in a God who tells the truth and wants us to do the same." OTHER IMPORTANT & INTERESTING RESOURCES AP - Associated Press - Commentary: Provides a useful service for many newspapers, but since many of their journalists appear to be Democrats, they often inject their own political views into news stories and confuse their readers as to what is actually "news," and what is simply the opinion of an AP journalist. Newspapers that rely on this news service as their main source of news will never truly offer "balanced" news and therefore are not truly serving the public - they are only serving themselves. Proving over & over that their "atheistic" editors are immature, biased and not qualified to represent the views of any community. BigNewsNetWork.com - Some editorials are very liberal & lack balance, but this website has many resources & offers a wide variety of national & international news. Middle East Online - Many well-written articles about controversial issues involving not only Middle East countries, but also the nations of the West. OnTheIssues.org - Non-profit organization. "Every Political Leader on Every Issue....Non-partisan information for voters in the Presidential election, so that votes can be based on issues rather than on personalities and popularity." Scan down Home page, or click on a state for more viewpoints on current issues. Caution: Beware of "free offers" and "yes or no" questions - they are shoddy advertising gimmicks and will only add to your spam e-mails, and junk mail. PoliticsNationwide.com - "An independent source of information about politics and governmental affairs. It is not sponsored by or affiliated with any political party, or with any local, state or federal organization or group." Rasmussen Reports - "We’re very proud of during the political season is our bi-partisan audience....one of the few political sites to attract roughly equal numbers of Republicans, Democrats, and unaffiliated voters. However, we’re also excited about events beyond the realm of politics including business, current events, and lifestyle topics....Rasmussen Reports’ campaign coverage has been praised for its independence, accuracy and reliability. The Gallup Poll - "Public opinion on a wide range of political, social, and economic issues, including the hopes and fears of people around the globe, their leisure-time activities, their morals and manners, and their religious beliefs." Commentary: We should always vote with our conscience and not through popularity polls, but this service does provide useful information as to current trends. The New York Times- U.S. News - Liberal, biased, and often does not seek the truth, but has many resources and it is always good to "know thy enemy." The Pew Forum On Religion And Public Life - "The Forum pursues its mission by delivering timely, impartial information to national opinion leaders, including government officials and journalists. As a nonpartisan, non-advocacy organization, the Forum does not take positions on policy debates." UPI.com - United Press International - "News, Analysis, Insight." Is this news agency also dominated by journalists who are disfunctional Democrats? See above commentary for the "Associated Press." Also see:
